Return Policy

If your order has been damaged during transportation or has a manufacturing defect, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return it from the day of delivery. However, to make the claim effective, you must contact us within 24 hours to report the issue.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of Barbería y Ciencia 1948, in which case our shipping company will collect the goods at no cost (the carrier will verify that the returned goods are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging). In case of a return, the returned product will be exchanged for an item with the same reference.

Warranty

The products are guaranteed by the manufacturer, and this warranty becomes effective from the day the customer receives the product. Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy, and when the product or material is for professional use, the warranty extends up to 24 months. However, the warranty depends on each manufacturer, and this information is included with the products.

The warranty does not include shipping costs, both for sending and receiving the material. The customer is responsible for sending the goods to our warehouses, as well as paying for shipping to their address even if the product is under warranty.

If a product or material is defective or damaged and is under warranty, you must report it as soon as possible by email to info@barberiayciencia.com, including a copy of the invoice, name, surname, and contact phone number, as well as a description of the issue. www.barberiayciencia.com will then contact you with further instructions.

Barbería y Ciencia will send the product to the official technical service of the relevant brand, who will determine the causes and issues with the equipment.
